Case Number EB-2022-0158
Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro Inc. has applied to change its Large Use Service Retail Transmission Rates, effective July 1, 2022.
Niagara-on-Lake Hydro Inc. has also applied to change the current Specified Customer Revenue Variance Account to a general Large Use Customer Revenue Variance Account. The variance account, if approved will track any variances in revenues resulting from changes in the new customer’s load. Any accumulated balance in the variance account will be cleared annually following the Ontario Energy Board’s review of the balance.
