Your contact information is used to inform you of account issues, to provide notifications of planned outage in your area, or to inform you of unusual water consumption (which may indicate a leak). Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro never provides contact information to third parties unless required by law or by issue though our regulatory authorities.
Power Outage Notifications
Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro is working on an Outage Notification System that will send you a text and/or email should you lose power. You can also sign up another family member or business associate should you have important equipment that requires electricity to function. The system will function with almost all Residential and Small Business meters. If you would like to sign-up for these notifications, please fill in the form below.
