The easiest way to keep your account up-to-date is to sign up for pre-authorized payments. When your bill is ready the owed amount will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account. You’ll still get your bill but it will already be paid.
An 8% rebate was made available for residential customers in 2017 however some non-residential accounts (plus a $ per kWh reduction in Global Adjustment) are also eligible for the rebate. In 2019 this legislation was updated to make the rebate 31.8% and has changed several times since then. Review the form to see if you’re eligible, complete the form and send it to NOTL Hydro.
