Here you will find the forms needed to various dealings with Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro. Some need to be printed & signed prior to submitting and others can be completed in online. We are working towards making as many forms that can be completed online as possible.

The easiest way to keep your account up-to-date is to sign up for pre-authorized payments. When your bill is ready the owed amount will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account. You’ll still get your bill but it will already be paid.
A percentage rebate on your monthly bills (electric only) for those who are eligible. Residential and small business customers automatically get this. The attached form is for customers with a demand of 50kW or more, typically larger businesses. The rate of rebate fluctuates on occasion and is determined by the Province.

At this time, if you are moving in/out of Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Davids, Queenston or Virgil (or if you have a brand new service) please call our office at 905-468-4235 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your move. We send all new account holders an application for service, even existing customers, to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information on file.
