Registering for e-Billing is quick and easy:

  1. Click on the e-Care/e-Billing icon at the bottom of the page.
  2. Complete all fields in the Enable Online Account fields with your 10 digit account number, meter number, and email address.
  3. Click the Submit! button.
  4. A Thank You page with a temporary password will appear on your screen. Record your password and access e-Billing by clicking the link on the page.
  5. To log into e-Billing, enter your 10 digit account number in the Account Number field and your temporary password into the Personal Identification Number.

Once logged in to e-Billing you will be able to view and print your most recent bills. Â
