Online Accounts

NOTL HYDRO WILL BE UPDATING OUR ONLINE PORTAL ON AUGUST 13, 2025. EXISTING USERS HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH THE CHANGE-OVER PROCESS.

IMPORTANT UPDATES:

  • Users will have received an email send on August 13th with a link to click to reset your password.
    • This reset timeline has been extended to August 18th. If you have deleted your email or if the link has expired, click on MY ACCOUNT above and go through the forgot password process.
  • There was a glitch noted when users with multiple accounts were linked. The glitch caused all historic accounts to link to the main accounts, even inactive accounts that could be very old. This was corrected (accounts older than 2 years should not appear), but we apologize for the additional emails and confusion.
    • Accounts that have older linked accounts would have received an email indicating a linked account was successful.

New Online Account Users

  1. Click on the MY ACCOUNT button at the top of this page. NOTE – you should have a printed bill before signing up as you’ll need your Account & Meter numbers.
  2. Click on the REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT link.
  3. Complete the form that appears. You will need to know your account number and your meter number. If you have a copy of a recent bill, it will have this information on it (image below).
  4. You will receive an email confirming your registration and can now sign-in.

SETUP AUTO PAYMENTS

Setup your account to automatically pay your bills on the due date. Never forget to pay a bill again. Just download the form, complete and send to our billing department.
