NOTL Hydro will be commencing mandatory Regulated Electrical Safety Surveys starting the week of January 12, 2026. A third party, Advanis, has been contracted to perform this survey on behalf of NOTL Hydro and will be calling account holders until the minimum required responses have been obtained. This year, participants have the added ability to complete the survey through email. The emails will be sent from survey+ESA2026@advanis.net, and each recipient will receive a distinct link to ensure the survey is only completed once. Always remain vigilant for scams and imitations.
