Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro (NOTL Hydro) is now offering Green Button access to its customer data. Green Button is a standard which allows customers to access their data in a consistent manner across all locations and utilities (gas and electric) in Ontario. With a simple and secure process, customers will be able to securely download (access) or connect (share) their energy usage data in an industry-standard format with registered third parties. As such, this tool will be particularly useful for customers with multiple locations. The Green Button standard is mandated by the Government of Ontario.
Customers in Niagara-on-the-Lake can also access their data via Customer Connect. Customer Connect is the customer access module managed by NOTL Hydro and includes invoice copies, detailed data and tables on usage and demand.
Larger NOTL Hydro customers can also access their data via Settlement Manager.
