2019 Customer Phone Survey Completed

Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro conducted a telephone survey of our residential and small business customers at the beginning of 2019. Thanks to all customers who participated in the survey.

The survey is to measure customer satisfaction and reflect NOTL Hydro’s efforts in better understanding the needs and preferences of its customers. You will not be required to provide any personal data.

Please note: The OEB mandates that utilities perform a Customer Satisfaction Survey every 2 years.
