2019 Customer Phone Survey

Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro is conducting a telephone survey of our residential and small business customers from January 9, 2019 until we reach a minimum number of responses to obtain a confident result.

The survey is to measure customer satisfaction and reflect NOTL Hydro’s efforts in better understanding the needs and preferences of its customers. You will not be required to provide any personal data.  CLICK TO DOWNLOAD SURVEY (this survey was developed in 2016 and is used across the province). If you are asked to provide any personal information then it is not our survey.
